Mr. Özel has been actively involved in high-value and multi-party disputes before Turkish state courts, representing domestic and international clients operating in the banking, aviation, retail, healthcare, and maritime sectors. His experience includes encompassing litigation strategy, coordination with international law firms, and settlement negotiations.

In addition, he has taken part in M&A transactions, particularly in legal due diligence processes, share transfers, corporate restructurings, and the preparation of transactional and corporate documentation. He also advises foreign and high-profile private clients on real estate, banking, and citizenship-related matters in Turkey, working closely with foreign counsel in cross-border matters.
