Demircioğlu Koçak Bayraktar Attorney Partnership was founded in Istanbul in 2022 by Berke Demircioğlu, Ahmet Koçak and Mehmet Turan Bayraktar. From its office in Levent, the firm advises and represents Turkish and international clients in a range of areas, in particular commercial and corporate law, arbitration and litigation, construction, banking and finance, employment, tax and administrative law.
Knowledge and experience are indispensable in legal practice, but they are not enough on their own. Solving a legal problem properly requires understanding the client’s commercial and personal priorities, looking at the matter from economic, social and cultural perspectives, and applying legal knowledge carefully to the facts at hand. We approach our work in this spirit, analytically and practically.
Our team consists of the founding partners, counsel who continue their academic work, associates and trainee lawyers.
