Berke Demircioğlu, a founding partner of Demircioğlu Koçak Bayraktar Attorney Partnership, operates in corporate law, insurance law, capital markets law, personal data protection law, and law of obligations.
Demircioğlu provides legal consultancy on the daily corporate operation and compliance issues to local and foreign clients operating in a wide range of sectors such as tourism, fuel distribution, hotel management, shopping centre management and investment, real estate, telecommunications, and advertising. He has deep knowledge of merger and acquisition transactions, company establishments requiring complex articles of association, amendments to articles of association, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements. His book based on the master’s thesis he prepared in the Private Law master’s programme at Galatasaray University, titled “Quorum Requirements in the General Assembly of Limited Liability Companies” (Limited Şirket Genel Kurulunda Yeter Sayılar), was published by On İki Levha Publishing in 2025.
A former Turkish Baseball National Team player, Demircioğlu is the captain of the tennis team of Galatasaray University and the coach of the tennis team of Galatasaray High School.
